Helping Leaders Correct Market Drift™ and Unlock Sustainable Growth
I work with experienced business owners and leaders who’ve reached a plateau
I’ve spent my career operating at the executive level across nearly every part of a business—leading in operations, people, technology, finance, and strategy. That breadth has given me a clear view of why strong businesses plateau.
What I’ve learned is that growth doesn’t stall for obvious reasons. It slows when something underneath the business is no longer aligned—and most leaders can feel it, even if they can’t yet name it.
If you’re here, you’re likely looking for clarity, not more noise. This is where you can explore how I approach that—and whether it’s the right fit for you.

I’ve spent my career inside businesses where performance mattered—but so did people. Early on, I saw what happens when growth is pursued without alignment. Results may improve for a time, but eventually leaders burn out, teams fracture, and the business becomes harder to sustain.
At the same time, I worked with capable leaders who reached plateaus they couldn’t fully explain. They had the right effort and strategy—but something underneath the business wasn’t working the way it should.
That’s what I now call Market Drift™—when leadership, people, and systems gradually move out of alignment as the business evolves.
My work is designed to address that directly—so growth becomes both effective and sustainable.

My perspective is shaped by operating at the executive level across multiple functions, holding senior leadership roles spanning operations, people, technology, finance, and strategy. I’ve led long-term business strategies—including one that doubled revenue within five years—and worked inside organizations where performance, complexity, and decision-making carry real weight.
That breadth is what allows me to see patterns others miss. Not just within a single function, but across the full system—where leadership behavior, people dynamics, and structure are constantly influencing results.
I’m not approaching your business from the outside looking in. I’ve been inside the environments you’re navigating—and understand what it takes to move them forward.
